FTP Connection issue

“Could not open a connection to the FTP server” whenever I try to download. Sorry for the last minute issue, I should be ok with my last export as there were no injuries. Any suggestions?

You need to download the latest account settings file. I can't link it from my phone, but go to the FAQ forum and view the "instructions on setting up" thread.
