SP Juan Ruiz(10-5-9 ratings/$5.25 arb est)

SPDani Garcia(9-7-7, $5.25 last year of contract)

Both of these guys still have the same ratings they had two seasons ago when they combined to go 35-15 and lead us to a 98 win season. Their performance has declined but the ratings have not. If I can't trade them I'll give them another chance next spring. My current mood towards them could be a cheap gain for you.
