I've got very good depth and can afford to let 2 or 3 of these guys go. They all have their strengths, but none are going to be very expensive.
P Herman Mitchell - Doesn't belong in AAA, but had struggled in the majors until I used him more as a starter in 2002 than I had previously. He responded w/ a 6-6 record and sub-4.00 ERA.
P Bob Stephan - His ratings are decent but his personality ratings are off the charts. Hard worker and intelligent.
SU Frank Bateman - Bateman has been my lefty setup man for 2 seasons. He took a mental vacation in June and July last season, but every other month was solid.
SP Gregorio Gonzales - The biggest knock is that he wants to be in the rotation but he pitches much better out of the pen.
P Jose Mijangos - Very flexible pitcher who has performed well whether starting or in relief.
