The following are on the block. Looking mainly for prospects or young pitching. Other players are also available. Really no one is untouchable.


SP Rene Moncada - 2 years in a row led HAW in ERA, would trade for an outstanding prospect

SP Dave Walter LHP - finished strong in 2001, to follow up a great 2000

RP Tim Scott - revitalized his career this past season

C-1b-lf Steven Tyus - guy can hit and get on base, he's been stuck behind Reyes and Benhke for ever now

and/or

C Hurley Reyes - still available - can still hit and field, durable, 100 rbis for 4th place team in 2002

SS-2b Tim McGraw - not eager to trade, but I would for a prospect, esp pitching

OF Mark Paul Gosselaar is expendable - we have a lot of young OFs who need playing time

1b-lf Alphonso Torres - great hitter; contract guaranteed for 3 years only; last two years are team option
