I'm trading this entire drafts haul for the best pitcher(s) I can get.

I'll be picking at 15, so keep an eye on the board and if we can work out a deal, I'll take the guy you want.

Otherwise I'll just make the best pick I think I can, and work something out with someone later.

I'm looking for top of the rotation types, preferably expiring deals or ones with declinable options as I have no cap space going forward. I'd prefer non fragile players, but I'll take the best offer I get.

The only way I don't move is if a ready to go starter is available at 15.

The only other trade chips I have at the moment are 60 and 55 grade RP types, all in my low minors or SA, but I'll probably acquire one or two more in this draft.

Okay, so if you have an ace or #2 you might deal, maybe don't make that move yet. As soon as I sign this year's draftees, they will be moving to a team for pitching help. Maybe even all of them to the same place. That could be you. If we time this right, and it's allowed (this might be questionable and I'm cool with the idea being shot down), I'll even draft the players you want.

i cant think of a reason this would not be allowed. I have drafted guys on behalf of others for knowing they would be traded as soon as they were signed (kengos to mexico city is the one i can remember, think there was another one).

This used to be a problem when we couldn't trade draft picks for a certain amount of time. We lifted that a while back.

I knew you guys had lifted that. I just didn't know if I could draft for other people, or could negotiate until after a pick signed.

As far as I'm tracking the deal can not be officially posted until all picks are signed or otherwise added to the organization, but no issues with early agreements in principle.
