Ahh Bartolo.
The best part of the big Carlton Winson trade in 2033. He has posted 29 WARs for the Talons in the 8+ years since, including 4.1 Wars last season. Will likely post his 1000th career RBI this season... at age 28. Making 12 million this season, an opt-out this offseason, then 13 mil more in '43 and '44, with the final year being a player option. May still have a HOF trajectory if he keeps it going, and he has a history of big second halves. He's also Extremely Popular, for those who watch the ol' Fan Interest meter.
The thing is, the Talons have a bunch of DH types just dying for at bats, and Batrolo could really use a change of scenery.
Of course everyone wants pitching, but I understand not many people want to move pitching for a DH, even a HOF-capable one. Willing to take players a couple years away, hell maybe even that INT guy you're not sure about. Let's hear your ideas!
**Willing to retain a percentage of salary!
