RP/Low Stamina SP Manny Gabriel

Gabriel is a workhorse RP (9/3/6 ratings) with 3 pitches who can cut it as a limited innings starter (7/3/6 ratings as SP)

In '37 and '38 he pitched 270 innings and put up 6.7 WAR. He's not the same guy since his torn UCL, but his ratings are pretty much the same except a drop in MOV, which is why I want to get him out of Long Beach. I'll take a reliever with high MOV back, if lower stuff or control, or a guy with crazy splits. Also OK with lower minors flyers but would want them to have a shot at the bigs.
