Due to league decision I am posting this again. His price is free but to make a trade valid I will take a scrub prospect in return. Due to this reversal It has pushed my finances to the limit because I drafted a guy with a 6.5 signing bonus since I thought I had shed the salary of Pena and could afford it. I am not in a sense of desperation and I won't be giving up assets to shed him. I will roll the pick before I give up a quality prospect in return. Let me know if someone wants him for free.
