Because of cap concerns, I have to put RF Roberto Santiago on the block. He's got a lot of pop in his bat and is a very good corner outfielder defensively. In 235 at bats, he hit .319 with 14 HR, 61 RBI and a .934 OPS. I'll take the first decent offer I get on him, knowing that I'm outing myself with the "cap concerns" comment above.
