Re-do Park Effects

Should I use the Park Effects Calculator to change each stadiums effects so they accurately reflect your stadium?

No.Not.my.stadium. ;)

I thought Hawaii's park effects seem to correspond well with hits fence heights/depths.

Maybe you could tells us, or those who request it, *what* the new park effects would be, since I've already built my team based on the *current" park effects.

 Or make the "correction" optional for each Gm. Like a grandfather clause thing.

It is just as dangerous to go the complete opposite way with it... half of your games are played away from your stadium. I generally don't put tremendous stock in my stadium parameters when building a roster. If it is a pitcher's park then my mediocre starters will get boosted juts as much as my mediocre hitters will get tagged and vice versa anyway.

I vote against anything that makes my guys hit less home runs. After all, thats all I got going for me.

I'm voting "no" only because the poll is too extreme. I would be for doing it for those who want it.

I voted yes but haven't really a clue about park effects. I haven't ever really considered them as I've always been a bit in the dark about this whole L/R thing, perhaps someone could point me in the direction of a decent article about the whole subject :headscratch:

I voted no just because I don't know what the outcome will be.

No, it was a split poll, so we'll revisit as a "GM option" later this year.

At least I know I need to make some Constitutional changes because of this finding.
