I know all 4 will be from the Heartland, but who will they be? Pacific teams included just so they don't feel too bad about themselves.

I kid about the Heartland being the best (because it's true) but the Frick looks pretty good, all in all.

I know I was a bit skeptical, but it appears the salary cap change is having an impact.
