v25 Conversion Poll

Right now it looks like the non-GB members are split right down the middle. But many voices have not weighed in.

I prefer my Band-Aids ripped off. Also, the bugs will make me feel not so dead inside even if for brief passing moments. (And, we all learn together with the player progression stuff as I refuse to play single player, because I refuse to learn any more fake player names).

The main reason we switch sooner rather than later is and has always been recruiting.

I think this makes the move necessary (and always will). I imagine it's impossible to recruit GMs having to tell them "oh, and we're a version behind" while folks who have just purchased the game will be looking for leagues playing the same version they are.

I don't have a strong feeling on this one way or the other. I already bought and installed so I'm ready to go if that's what we decide but if we wait a season I'm fine with that as well.

I voted yes. But truly don't mind one way or another. Always assumed, for the league's health moving forward, it was easiest to switch as soon as it was possible in case we lose GMs.

My team sucks ass right now anyway so whatever changes 25 throws my way won't make my team suck worse. Granted, if the new game tanks Mynorli Gaajlimitz then I'll be pissed.

I feel like the recruiting aspect is a double edged sword. We often lose a few good GM's when we convert because it's a nice breaking point for those on the fence about leaving. I know I ask myself every purchase, "Do I really want to commit to another year of this time sucking hobby?". Of course the answer is usually yes.
