Best Second Pitch

So I know we have discussed this before, but why not again. I am going to convert a guy and can't decide which pitch to keep along with the fastball. He is a right handed pitcher, over the top. So which is the best and feel free to discuss. thanks.

I voted change strictly because I think it helps with the stuff rating the most and has little effect on the splits. I'm likely wrong.
