I vote Gallegos. Before this last sim, he'd pulled of the "Batting average higher than on base percentage" which I feel happens a lot more often with complete turds that never walk and sacrifice a lot. Gallegos did it while slashing .480/.464/.840, with one BB even.

Gallegos doesn't show up on the "qualified players" list. I would probably pick Pendleton anyway, though. Early numbers are fun. :)

DHs and 1Bs, blah blah. How about a catcher with a .302/.4/.628?

Gotta go with Kondo, though. He's averaging 7IP/start with a 1.1 FIP. Currently on pace for 15.6 WAR if he keeps it up (which he won't - that's best season ever even above Nebraska status - but that's the point of these early projections, right?).

Methinks you forgot how ridiculous Nebraska was. He had 6 seasons of 15.6 WAR or better. Steve Nebraska basically was an absurd early season projection that held up for the whole year.
