These guys are coming up to Free Agency. With extension fever hitting the real big leagues, I'm wondering who you think will get the biggest extension?

I would bet considering the team and the GM will get you closer to the mark than working with which player is most valuable or might ask for more.

Interesting to see people picking Starks. he'd be the last one I give a lot of money to. Nice player but reverse splits, plays in a bandbox and barely clinging to cf.

Re: 2038's Biggest Extension?
as ted pointed out, I think it is a matter of circumstance and wording of the question. If it is "who gets the biggest contract by the start of the 2039 season", I would be surprised if starks is the answer. 2 of the teams involved (san Fernando and Rockville), have a lot of big contracts either on the books or coming, so it will be a matter of how they prioritize those guys. For Nashville, I would be surprised to see arreola get a big extension from them, and it depends on how they view Yong as to whether or not they feel comfortable giving him high 8 or even 9 figures.

Yong is definitely my bet, but I do have some inside information on that one.

Re: 2038's Biggest Extension?
It may be Starks depending on how long Yong signs for to be honest. Starks is looking for 6 years and no less...If Yong signs for 4 or 5 I would imagine he will make less total but his AAV will be higher.
