Drafted in the 2024 first-year player draft (Round 1, Pick 7, 7th overall pick) by the Greenville Moonshiners, in his first season with the organisation he won the SNL (R) HL Pat Carter Glove Award at catcher with the Port Arthur Pythons. With his play not only behind the plate but on the bases he impressed the Atlantic City Gamblers so much they traded CF William Kidd, RP Joost Breakwell, SP Gary Williamson to the Greenville Moonshiners for Saunders, LF Marc Miller and LF Juan Martínez.
In 2026 he won another SNL (R) FL Pat Carter Glove Award at catcher, this time for the Atlantic City Gamblers following league team the Albany Atoms. Fast becoming one of the most sought after catchers he was dealt to the Havana Sugar Kings, along with SP Irving Espinoza, CL Ed García and SP Stanford Chase, in exchange for SP Luis Méndez.
In 2028 with the Sugar Kings he won his third award the DRK Brad Aramathal Glove Award at catcher with Havanas Double A team the Trenton Generals, just like with the Greenville Moonshiners and Atlantic City Gamblers he impressed so much the California Crusaders came calling with a deal that sent SP Rob Snyder, RF Eugenio Fugazzi, SP Roberto Chávez, CF Manuel Martínez to Havana.
In 2033 he won yet another award, this time the BBA FL Yogi Zimmer Diamond Glove Award at catcher, he followed that up with another Zimmer Award the season after. In 2035 he and California reached the pinnacle of the BBA when they won the 2035 Landis Memorial Series.
In 2040 he was traded by the California Crusaders to the Brooklyn Robins, along with 3B Luis Lucero, in exchange for SS Jorge Lugo, CF Trevor Tieleman. He just lasted until the end of the 2041 season when he became a free agent, in 2042 his story with The Fighting Centaurs began.
