- Neither New Orleans (8-3) nor Jacksonville (13-5) had luck making the postseason after topping .720 win PCT. Montreal struggled mightily in walkoff games, going 3-10, but spun their season into a postseason appearance.
- Twin Cities was a superb 31-19 in 1-run games and Atlantic City was just behind at 26-16. It was enough of a boost for Twin Cities but not enough for the Gamblers.
