Here are your graphs for the five hitting ratings that are common to OOTP 24 and OOTP 25.
This is a little misleading since power is a component of the OOTP 24 rating and is not included in the OOTP 25 rating. OOTP 25's Contact rating is a combination of BABIP and Avoid K, but the BABIP rating is not available in OOTP 24. To be clear, we are comparing apples to oranges here, but I included it for the sake of completeness.
Basically, gap has decreased by one point across the board, with some overlap at the lower end.
Three, four, and five have expanded, pushing six upmarket, and reducing the players outside these ratings.

Re: Graphic Representation of the Batting Ratings Migration
Here are the final two graphs.
Almost of the batter pool now has an eye rating of 5. Four is lower quartile, while six is now upper quartile.
Like Eye, almost half of hitters have an Avoid K rating of five, albeit shifted slightly lower in the pool. Any value other than five is significant, either in a good or bad way.

Re: Graphic Representation of the Batting Ratings Migration
I'm afraid to say this because everytime someone talks about changing the rules, a huge debate breaks out and gives the governing board a headache. But......
Being the internal rating has gone from 250 to 550, would it make sense to use a 1-20 scale instead of 1-10?
I honestly don't even know how I feel about it. One one hand I like to play with the difficulty level on max. And this is causing a large band of 5/5/5/5/5 to 6/6/6/6/6 players that creates a fun challenge of figuring out why two players with the same ratings are so different.
On the other hand I feel changing to a 1-20 scale would keep the ratings scope similar to how it has been. There would still be a large band from 8-12. But it allows a bit of separation between average players.

What were the ratings scale in 2024? I remember seeing guys at like 16 for some ratings like stuff.
