BBA Dynasties (UPDATED AS OF 2052)

Using the Bill James Dynasty Rankings, i have done a BBA rankings for the modern (1995 and on) era. All of the current dynasties were extended this past year (or added in the case of New Orleans, Portland and Nashville), except for Rockville, which is why they have the asterisk. Some thoughts posted below the rankings (which are in order of total points, then seasons, then titles).

- Ron building the second greatest BBA dynasty of the modern era without winning a single title is simultaneously impressive and sad.
- New Orleans having only a 3 years break (the bare minimum to end a dynasty between their two runs is the only thing preventing them from a truly mind boggling 40 year run.

- New Orleans having only a 3 years break (the bare minimum to end a dynasty between their two runs is the only thing preventing them from a truly mind boggling 40 year run.

3 consecutive seasons missing the playoffs - those truly were the dark years.

Updating this for 2052, congrats to Mexico City for officially becoming a dynasty with their thoroughly convincing season. Also Rockville has 1 last chance to extend theirs next year (and match Vegas and Madison for the longest dynasty on record), while Yellow Springs and Louisville are officially on the clock. There are currently 6 dynasties that were both active and extended this year (Vegas, Sacramento, New Orleans, Nashville, Mexico City and Portland).
