Just messing around. These are all good players (just a bit historically overvalued I think). It's pretty amazing that this tool nailed who Rhodes is so well.crobillard wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2019 3:00 pmLol rude. You'd love Dusty if he was on your team. I couldn't think of many better players to slot in behind Collins and knock him over to third or across home plate.Ted wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2019 2:55 pmBunch of overrated 1B with really high batting averages. Maybe this thing is more accurate than I thought.crobillard wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2019 2:47 pmDusty Rhodes, pretty cool

If we want to use this as an HOF tool, we should find a way to compare it to BBA guys instead of MLB....

Re: Fun Tool of the Day: BBA/MLB Similarity
Reed is probably most similar to a poor man's Nolan Ryan. Electric stuff, either throw it right down the middle or at your head. This is not a compliment to Reed though. I'm talking about Ryan's non-prime years compared to Reed's ceiling. At this point Jon Reed is a $20 million replacement player.
