This Week In The Brewster: A Podcast Newsletter

Post by RonCo » Thu Apr 11, 2019 12:18 am

So Justin and I were finally planning on a "This Week in the Brewster" podcast. But then, after doing all the work to get ready, I had to delay it. So, rather than a podcast, we decided to turn it into a collaborative Feature.

We'll see how it goes down. :)

Oddly enough I did a TN on Mick's start. I think he is the lone Wolves player who has benefitted from the amount of away games we have played. He'll cool off. He does every year late in the season. Especially when the home games set in. I think I reported we have 23 home games over the next 33. While I hope it means more team wins, it'll probably also mean less HRs for Mick.

Walsh has been great! He can't keep it up but he is keeping us in games while it lasts. The 1 HR thing I had to really check on (as I was going to write an article on him yesterday and work jumped in the way); his movement rating seems contradictory to that 1 HR...

Cisco Morales has not really like the park change I made a few years back. His 5 motion versus left in my now lefty homer friendly park is not a good fit. I think there are a lot of places he could still be a solid #2 type pitcher.
