Nice feature. I feel like this points to some decent parity in the league. At least for playoff appearances. Different story when talking about Landis appearances/championships.

Unless I'm missing something, the past seven seasons have seen seven different Landis participants in each league. That data suggests the parity level of the MBWBA is pretty solid all around.

Absolutely agree with this. However there are still multiple clubs with no Landis championships, and even one or two that have no Landis appearances.

Fair point...I forgot about the Gegohan Round! Although 10/24 teams making the playoffs makes Des Moines and Tucon's streaks even more (ahem...) impressive.

That is true, of course. I'm actually a bigger proponent of smaller playoffs, but what do I know? :)

In a league with 24 teams, 10 playoff spots seems high. But I'm just a new guy so I also know nothing.

Is this where I should add in "You forgot to include YS9's consecutive Landis appearances in 2027 and 2028?"

Wow... how long is 19 seasons in real life years - 3? That is some impressive fortitude - plugging in and exporting ~500 times (every other day over 3 years) with no payoff.

Constricted playoffs breeds nothing but disinterest in online OOTP leagues. More teams "out of it" at the deadline. More teams "out of it" before the season even starts. Etc.
