Gabriel Gomez (Louisville Sluggers)
First things first. Don't think you can go whining your way into winning one of these awards. Secondly, I was really hoping to see how long I could keep Stu down by not giving one of these to a Sluggers player. Unfortunately, Gomez (and many other Louisville hitters) had too good of a sim to ignore. He set a JL sim high with 6 homeruns this sim while batting .419 and driving in 11 RBI. His 1.538 OPS was an MBWBA best. The highlight of the sim for Gomez was his 3 for 5 night against Vancouver in which he hit 2 homeruns and had 4 RBI and 3 runs scored.
Runner Up: Ron Adams
JL Pitcher of the Sim

Angel Ramirez (Greenville Moonshiners)
An outstanding two game stretch by Ramirez this sim in Greenville. It all started with an 8 inning, 1 run 5 hit effort against Yellow Springs that resulted in a Moonshiners victory. He followed that up with a complete game shutout of California in which he allowed 5 hits again. He struck out a total of 14 batters while walking just 2 in his 2 starts.
Runner UP: Salvador Martinez
FL Hitter of the Sim

Hector Cano (Calgary Marauders)
Cano probably just produced the best sim of any hitter thus far this season. He set a season high with 7 homeruns this sim while driving in 16 RBI. His average was only a mediocre .343. Cano had two 2 homer games this sim. One came against New Orleans where he went 2-4 with 4 RBI. The other one came against Atlantic City where he went 2 for 3 with 4 RBI yet again.
Runner Up: Gabriel Lerma
FL Pitcher of the Sim

Mike Swanson (Buffalo Bison)
It was only a matter of time before we saw Swanson on this list wasn't it? Swanson returned to form by going 2-0 with a 0.53 ERA in 2 starts. Against Tucson, Swanson allowed a run on 3 hits while striking out 10 over 8 innings. He followed that up with a complete game 2 hitter against Birmingham in which he struck out 7. His last 3 starts have been anything short of amazing!
