Another shift at the top this month, as Carolina's spectacular 11-13 month catapulted them backwards into the #4 spot, while Vancouver's complete team collapse put them solidly at #2. Still plenty of time for the teams to shift, but we wouldn't be surprised to see 1-2-3-4 set exactly this way. Actually, Vancouver, if they continue to collapse this way, might find themselves with the #1 pick, so get to dumping, Mounties! There's still a significant divide between #4 and #5, but #5-10 could shift around a whole lot before this is all said and done. Vegas is fifth at the moment.

Madison also rose three spots as they continue cooling from their hot start. The Wolves, 21st on May 1, are now 14th; we'd gander this would be the highest or one of the highest draft picks for them in two decades. Wild-card leading Birmingham fell two spots to #17, their lowest draft position perhaps ever.
