Many of the draftees in the GBC this season are older than 21, which means they cannot start at Rookie League. Since we don't have SA, they have to go to A ball.
Can we change the GBC Rookie League requirement to 23 yrs old so these new draftees can start at the appropriate level?

Looks like it was 123 of the 341 players in the draft pool were 22 years or older. So a significant portion.
