Has GB considered restricting managers ability to control which coaches are signed? Or game strategy adjustment in general?

Not sure that's even an option. And if it is, then why have coaches?

Development. Morale. Cohesion.

I don't care either way, I just thought it was mentioned awhile back so before making any coaching changes I wanted to see if there was a change coming in the offseason. There are some candidates I would choose now if the setting were different.

In what real-life league does the manager restrict the GM from hiring coaches??

This is a fireable offense. I know it costs money but I'm not dealing with that level of silliness.

Late to the game, but as an aside ... I think a late patch has removed the manager from controlling coach hiring/firing in legacy mode. I'm all for coaches on the whole, but I think that change will make a lot of us feel better.
