GBC Awards.

Post by Clayman » Thu Aug 25, 2022 8:45 am

I know the UMEBA/GBC is fairly new to the BBA universe but isn't it getting to the time that the various awards were given names that meant something to the league rather than OOTP generic names.

At least let Adam Backhouse retire first; it'll be awkward if he ends up in the GBC again and finishes 2nd for the Adam Backhouse award.

An Alfredo Salazar Award would fit nicely. Great run in Brussels and made a huge name for himself afterwards in the BBA.

Hadn't thought that far, thought it a long shot anyway. It was looking at stuff for an article and seeing the Great Glove Award, thought surely we could do better even if it's not a player, just short term before player names appear.
