First/Last Name: Zachary Moore-SmithI am willing to learn, to listen, and to lose a lot on the path to my ultimate, nefarious goals. I can't say I'll always make the most optimal decisions, but I'll least make bad decisions with gusto.
Karmically speaking, I'd love to eventually run a BBA team with a park in Atlanta .. I'm quite the homer, and I still feel an immense amount of guilt for single-handedly ruining the team for a decade.
Something I learned when managing and mentoring in the corporate world for a long time is the importance of shared, explicit commitments within a team. The Constitution really sold me on this, and I'd love to be a part of a group that knows how to compete with each other but also lift each other up.

What interests you about the BBA?: Why half-ass anything when you can full-ass it? The BBA seems to be the fullest-assed OOTP league out there. The PP system is genius.
Describe your GM style: active, responsive, unhinged levels of attachment to fictional players, especially when they have amazing names like Cookie Hujimoto (my old MVP)
Have you ever answered to the alias "Al Hoot"? (a little BBA inside joke!): No, but I googled it and it's a maximum security prison in Iraq? Is that where bad GMs are sent?
Tell us more about yourself: I grew up wandering the (then-empty) Braves stadium in the early 80s. I also have a list of 300+ hypothetical animal sports movie titles I came up with.
How did you hear about the BBA?: I read about it on the OOTP forums, and then received a few PMs when I posted about looking for a fictional league to join.
