Describe your GM style: I like to recruit around young prospects with a focus on development. I have always believed that baserunning and speed can make up for a lack of pop at the plate and so I look to build speed around a few low CON/high POW hitters. I believe in a diverse pitching staff. All typical prototypes will be represented within my staff and bullpen.
