Reason for applying:
First/Last Name: KurtI've been playing OOTP reguarly for a couple of years (I also played a bit in college 10 years ago, including one online league). It got too easy on regular difficulty. I averaged ~100 wins per season with the White Sox well into the 2030s even after slowly increasing difficulty to nearly the max setting. Having such a dominant org lead me to start a new game and I'm currently a few years into a Reds save where I've been going ~.500 with the trading difficulty turned up to the max settting.
I'm a responsible person who will be dedicated to keeping up with my team (out of pride and competitiveness). I'm an active member on a Reds message board so I'm comfortable with the forum layout and writing on a consistent basis.

Describe your GM style: I greatly increase my budget for scouting and development. I like to extend my own position players when possible and emphasize a strong bullpen full of high stuff. I generally cycle thru bargain veteran SPs in my rotation.

Tell us more about yourself: I live with my wife and baby daughter in Chicago. I was born in Northern Kentucky and raised a Reds fan by my parents, although I spent most of my childhood in metro Detroit.
