What interests you about the MBBA? I have never been in a truly fictional league. I wanted to give it a go and not worry about trying to recreate what has happened in the past.
Do you have any weird OOTP quirks that we should know about - like you don't believe in making trades? I don't know if its a quirk but I very aggressively manage my minor league systems. I like using home grown talent rather than just outbidding people for free agents.
What other hobbies do you have? I am an avid baseball player (shock!) and gamer in general. OOTP brings the two together so voila. I'm here.

What interests you about the MBBA? I prefer fictional leagues as opposed to real leagues where guys leave after Pujols or Strasburg retire.

Do you have any weird OOTP quirks that we should know about - like you don't believe in making trades? I use the waiver process a LOT…I like to pull back people off waivers if the waiver time in this league will allow it (usually the waiver period has to be 2 sims +1 day long to accomplish it)….I hate the current scouting system OOTP has implemented…..I believe the Yankees, aluminum bats, Pete Rose’s ban from HOF, and Bud Selig are the worst things in baseball. I want the Cubs to win the World Series before I die. And I believe in making trades, but I don’t believe in making trades just to “makes trades”. I believe that a strong franchise has strong prospects (for the purpose of 1) bargain chips then 2) development) and strong financials. Sabotage either of those and your team is like the 1997 Marlins. I also believe in shopping players around. Just because a guy IM's me asking for Johan Santana doesn't mean I will trade him, and I will probably market the player before making a trade and wait a couple of days. It's the OOTP trades that develop and are made within 15 minutes that can sometimes kill a franchise. If you're going to trade a headliner, why not shop him out to the whole league and see what you can get? It may be rude to tell a guy you need to get other offers, but people need to understand you're trying to do the best for your franchise.
