Do you understand the Participation Point System, and agree to be a regular contributor to our community?: Yes. that's a large part of what drew me to the league.
What interests you about the BBA?: I think it seems unique! I love that there is a salary cap and think that roster management within one will be extremely interesting. I have also browsed the forum and been intrigued and intimidated in equal measure by the knowledge on display! I think I will learn a lot about the game and be challenged, I like learning and being challenged!
Describe your GM style: Measured. I like to think things through and build slowly from the bottom. I also love defence, don't hate me!
Have you ever answered to the alias "Al Hoot"? (a little BBA inside joke!): I have not. I am however willing to take on any aliases as instructed. Apart from Al Hoot, hate that guy.
Tell us more about yourself: Well I'm Scottish! I am married with three young boys and I currently make a living writing about football (soccer) my first book is due to be published on the 16th of next month and I will happily use copies of it as bribes in trade talks! I have loved Baseball for the last 10 years and I am fascinated by the roster building aspect of the sport, and by extension of OOTP. I should probably stop there in order to maintain a sense of mystique...
How did you hear about the BBA?: Whilst browsing looking for interesting leagues with podcasts and written content. I stumbled on a reddit thread and that led me to the rabbit hole that is the forum and site.

I will be engaged in terms of forum posting and commenting and will be a regular exporter in game. I have a curious mind and tend to ask a lot of questions so you can expect me to pop up all over the place looking to pick the brains of the more experienced GM's in the league. I love to learn and be challenged and I believe that I will experience both of those things here.
