Have you read the BBA Constitution and agree to abide by its rules?: Yes
Do you own the current version of OOTP, and plan to buy all future versions?: Yes and yes
Do you understand the Participation Point System, and agree to be a regular contributor to our community?: Yes
What interests you about the BBA?: I like the interaction and it's baseball, so there's that.
Describe your GM style: I'm kind of an old school purist but I'm open to new rules that aren't stupid.
Have you ever answered to the alias "Al Hoot"? (a little BBA inside joke!): If it helps
Tell us more about yourself: I'm a father of four and grandfather of (soon to be) eight. I grew up in a very small town in Ohio where my Grandpa had a service station. Growing up I was never allowed in the "shop" unless a baseball game was on. I was allowed to come and sit on a stool and watch Grandpa work on cars while listening to the Reds broadast. Never learned anything about cars but the lessons I learned about baseball stuck with me. I have tried to pass that love of baseball on to my children (didn't really work) and grandchildren. I think its working with my oldest granddaughter. She just got picked for her softball All Star team!
How did you hear about the BBA?: Post from Stephen E Lane on the Effectively Wild OOTP Splinter Group Facebook page.

First/Last Name: Greg HerrenI grew up enjoying the great game of baseball, although never played past T-ball. I only discovered OOTP about 4 years ago but feel like I have caught on to the game, at least the basics, quickly. I also enjoy writing so the sportscasting part of this league sounds great. I'll try hard to role play and plan on participating for as long as you will have me.
