Uhm.
I saw Bobby Orr play when he was with the Oshawa Generals.
He had been signed by the Bruins as the future saviour of the franchise.
The Bruins brought his whole team and another junior team from Canada to Boston to play in Boston Garden.
It was almost sold out.
Just a tidbit from my sports crazy past.

Hey all! Had some troubles with my sign-in yesterday so I couldn't log in, but I'm here now! Love to see the Cubs love, bar one individual...and definitely expect some flowery articles coming your way from my end. I'll probably procrastinate some work and do one today!

Barrel rolls until I die,
Ryan

I'm jealous. My parents weren't willing to shell the money out for that one so I had to play the "free" sports like soccer and basketball.

Ya, I was pretty fortunate. My childhood was spent from rink to rink 5 times a week. Made sure I thanked my parents for that.

I am paying it forward to my daughter now who plays hockey 5-6 times a week in the winter and field lacrosse and rugby all summer long.
