Still above .500, but by only a game after another 4-5 sim. Won the first 4, lost the last 5!

6-3. Hanging on to the division. Still lacking something. Figuring out what it is will be the challenge.

WOW went 5-3. New Orleans kicking my ass 0-9 record, but sweeping Madison is a high light.

Madison needs some pitching I suppose. I can't believe my team is below .500 right now..

4-5 sim, playing .462 ball on the season which is better than I was expecting.

Outfield offensively continues to be a strong point with Morris hitting .444 since coming off the DL, Cruz continuing to rake (.377/.437/.627 for the year). Lopez has been solid as well with 5 home runs and 7 SB's since the trade.

Pitching has been ok - Juan Rivera has been a surprise since being thrown into an SP role - he has a 3.58 ERA in 6 starts.

Defense is becoming an issue for us - the left side of the infield and CF have been a big problem. Need to get something figured out before next year.

Chicago's play has been surprising. Playing a lot better than previous seasons. Madison being a little down has been surprising too. We have been ho hum, Omaha is rebuilding but still competitive. Interesting division this season.

Anther winning sim. Liking the way we're playing. Greenville still up a game with some impressive numbers from their pitching staff.

Scored 57 runs while only allowing 42 but still only managed a 4-5 record. Losses were all close. So, I guess it is okay. Was enjoying a 3 game lead over Vegas which is now only 1. Wrong direction!

First place! Maybe I should trade away the rest of my pitching!

Thanks - we are 19-19 since May 1st. Not sure how long the starting pitching can hold up - my goal really is for MaDonald and Rivera to develop, but they've been holding their own so far.
