Well...I can't find any obvious errors in it, so what the heck...here's the raw data file I've been using to study various development things ... created using StatsPlus development reports as a source. It's in a simple csv table, so you should be able dump it into anything else you like and play until your heart is content. I'm finding it fun.

As always, I ask that if you find something interesting, post your learning. If nothing else, it's worth a few PPT, right?

And if you do find a flaw, please let me know.

Has anyone ever tracked staff development? I feel like it must happen, but im not sure ive noticed it.

you mean like coaches getting better? If so, I know they do improve at times, but I have no idea of anything beyond that they do.

Never tracked it. Only thing I've ever noticed is reputation changes.

Hey Ron, I've found 2,090 duplicate rows in the data. It's caused by duplicates in BOI's SA team, CHI's AAA team, and NO's AA team. My recommendation is to create a unique key by concatenating all the columns and then using the remove duplicates feature in Excel.
