I hope, Ron, that you'll be mentioning this to Marcus and Company. That's simply insane, especially at age 30. It implies something is going wrong with the sim engine.

In all seriousness, Marcus loves all OOTP GMs with great passion. We rag on the game sometimes, but the fact is that it's a modern miracle. If someone had told me when I was a kid that there would be a game like this, I would have kissed them.
That said, yes, this kind of change is a little on the insane side.

Jacksonville's top is interesting. Only 38 individual actions. I wonder what's up there?

I will note that a majority (but not all) of these guys are pitchers.

Full reporting ... the data here was doubled. So Hill had 60 development actions, not 120. Which makes more sense given all the other data (it makes him on the high end, but not double). It's still a lot of development movement, though, and the up and down toggling across the ratings gap probably makes it feel worse.
