Frick League RF is an interesting decision. Licht and Kidd are having very similar seasons.

Rogers was my first RP convert and he's been amazing. Thanks for the vote!

Interesting to see what criteria folks use to vote for relievers. I look at who has the most saves plus wins minus losses. Then I try to include at least one guy who has a lot of “holds” and a good WHIP, and another guy who has pitched a ton of innings in relief and done well.

I can never find blown saves on stats+. Am I just not looking in the right place?

I mostly use WAR for position players. If a few players are within ~0.5 WAR I'll consider a guy with significantly higher WAR per PA.

For pitchers I still sort by WAR but there's usually a lot of players grouped together and I pick the lowest ERAs from that group.

for relievers i never look at saves...i'll pick the top couple in WAR, then look at the top in FIP and K's and K% while trying to select high usage guys over low usage guys.

I look at WPA and WAR. I'll use ERA and FIP too but those are secondary. If someone has an absurd amount of saves, I'll vote them in even if they aren't as good on the other criteria.

For relief, I give a vote to the top save folks only, then move to holds. shutdowns, etc. WAR as a last resort tiebreaker because I personally dislike the stat, especially in OOTP.

WAR definitely isn't an end all be all, but I like it for comparing the same positions. I like WPA more. Usually those guys are the top guys WAR wise anyway, but you did get the ones with less innings but dominate.

For relievers, I will reward a high saves total guy or two, but I first look at WAR, WHIP, and ERA. I try to imagine which RPs would give me the least heartburn if they came in for my team.
