13 players out of 864 (27x32)= 1.5%

Since it includes ST, I suppose you have to increase the denominator up from 864.

Only three have been in April.

Kelby Palmer hasn't even pitched above A ball and would need a couple of bumps to make it to the bigs. Ramos and Soto being out for 5 weeks a piece has been much more impactful.
