Apologies if wrong forum but I think this is right place.
So I'm coming into the game late but am very much looking forward to using my votes. But the thing is, as a latecomer I'm very much going to be weighing on stats.
Here's your chance to tell me (and anyone else reading!) why I should consider any of your team for year end awards! What makes YOUR guy the one I should back?
Eagerly awaiting your bribes.
Oops.
I mean cash.
Damn it.
I mean drugs.
Aw, crap. Where's that edit button?

Re: Award Stumping, Anyone?
Why not, this could be fun.
Gary Allen hits dingers. A lot of them. He leads the BBA in homeruns, despite having played about 30 fewer games than everybody else. His BBA-leading .679 slugging percentage is so far ahead of the guy in second place, it's ridiculous. He will accept your Silk votes, and he is deserving.

Barney Lindsay for Frick League Nebraska award. Slightly behind Phil Cole in WAR, but better rWAR by a lot, Ks, IP, ERA+, BAA, QS, and SO to name a few. Plus, way cooler name.

I generally do award candidates writeups when the season is done as a way to help me both hit my TNs and help people like you so I will get those up soon
