Recte gave Cairo and Ryadh extra picks this year to help them build their teams up. They were recent expansion teams and are in need of some extra help.

By the way, there's a real chance that I skip the Best/Worst article but still do the first round (always) and the Top Ten thing I started last year after we finish the first round.

We're all kind of excited, though - we're hoping you take someone not so good so there are still three players in the draft.

Oh, I think we can all pretty much count on that happening. Last year’s overall #1 is now 22 and hasn’t figured out short season A ball yet…
