Oconomowoc, WI. - Its that time of year again in the Brewster. Time for fans to submit your All Star Game ballots for the 2046 All Star game to be held on Monday July 9th at beautiful Utopia Field in Yellows Springs OH. You know the game time temperature will be perfect, as GM Collins loves to show off his 60,000 seat retractable roof stadium. "Rain or Shine, its always sunny and 73 at Utopia Field!" GM Collins said.

Opening up the festivities will be the prospects game on July 8th, featuring some of the best young talent in the the BBA, Frick vs. Johnson. It doesn't matter who wins or loses; it matters only that these future phenoms get a chance to make an impact. Last years game saw the Johnson Futures winning 7-1 over their Frick counter-parts. "I'm amped up," said 20-year-old 3B - Felipe Reyna, who earned the game's MVP award. "I never expected the game to be this much fun."

This will followed by the HR derby on July 8th. We have a new champion in last year's Home Run Challenge, and Pedro Guzmán is his name. The Phoenix Talons left fielder launched rocket after rocket into orbit en route to the title. He topped another LF in Lúcio De La Cruz of Louisville in the final round by a score of 19-18.

The weekend will be culminated by the mid-summer classic, Johnson vs Frick. Last years game was won AGAIN by the Johnson league All-Stars 4-1. With Boise CF Félix Román taking home the MVP hardware. Always humble "It's a great time to get that much talent on one ball diamond," he said. "You feel fortunate to even be part of it."

Don't forget to vote, and stayed tuned for the mid-summer classic streams!

Is there a way to prevent Guzman from appearing in the HR derby again??

Last season, after "winning" the derby, he absolutely crashed in the second half , aka "ruined his swing". This cost him 2+ Wars based on his first half pace. And I missed the playoffs on the last sim.

I do not want Guzman in the Derby this season.

Looks like Portland will get its first ever all-star via GM voting and not just the "mandatory manager selection representation"
