Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I bought a MacBook Pro and have started moving stuff over. I am trying to setup the league on here and had no problem downloading the league file and getting it set up. The problem is every time I try to download the accounts file for the settings folder it just opens a box with a lot of numbers in it.

This is my first Apple product so you will have to explain it for super dummies.

I think Nick might have posted some instructions in the FAQ Forum in the How to Set Up the League File thread.

The trick is that the library directory is now hidden on Lion if you're running 10.7. If you go in to your home folder and don't see library let me know.
