If I put a player on waivers last sim, and I take him off with this current export for the Thurs sim, what happens if someone submits claims him on the same export for the Thurs sim?

What if I've made a trade? Let's assume they were all irrevocable. Due to the artificial nature of the sim schedule, from a timing standpoint, the waiver withdrawn and claim were made at the same time. As was any trade. So which gets processed first?
