Tough sim in Portland. Lost all 3 games to prevent losing 100 again. Two of the 3 losses by 1 run AND in extra innings. And for the first time in 3 years our FI dipped under 100. We lost 3 FI and now sit at 97. Increased 17.7% of our gate budget from last year thanks to raising ticket prices despite lower attendance numbers but the owner right now is projecting no increase to our budget.

Thrilled to win the division and get a first round bye. Not thrilled to lose our starting shortstop for the duration of the playoffs. Time for Dick Walton to step it up.

Somehow Charlotte is still at 100 FI. We increased our ticket prices by over $5 over the course of the season but dropped them back down the last 3 weeks or so as attendance started dropping. They showed back up for the last sim but hard to tell if that was the lower prices or New Orleans coming to town.
