Informal PPT update

Post by RonCo » Tue Apr 21, 2020 9:55 am

I did another quick PPT update last night while getting our two new/old UMEBA GM's into the tracker. As always, you might check my work...

Quick process check. It's early June game-time and we're already at
  • 95% of last year's total PPT
  • 97% of last year's forum posts
  • 83% of last year's TNs
22 of 32 BBA teams have already made their requirements, the rest are moving along (three missing only a few TN).

UMEBA

In the UMEBA, we've had a little turn over, but a couple have hit targets and the rest are moving along. As I noted in yesterday's The BBA Today, I'm expecting record numbers by year's end.

The most important measures:
  • BBA Exports are at over 97% right now, which would be a record
  • UMEBA Exports, which were around 90% earlier have dipped toward 70% due to a couple near-term defections. With only ten GMs, a couple drop outs can make a dent in the overall numbers pretty quickly. :) Expect these to be back up with rosters full again.
Bottom line: I know it's been hard for a lot of us, but the Brewster Universe is kicking butt during this quarantine period.

Just a quick tip of the hat...I did another quick update.

Both the BBA and UMEBA are now well past last year's totals for PPT and posts, and are at a pace to shatter last year's TN numbers. Historical records are soon to fall.

Yes, Chris, it's almost like most of us have a little more time to focus on the BBA for some reason. :)

Thanks!

Now that the system is set up, it's fairly easy to update it every few days rather than wait long spans of time.

I appreciate the work too that you do on this Ron, and indeed in all aspects of the BBA culture. It really is great to see the UMEBA moving forward in terms of TN's too.

Let's see some new BBA 200-club members this year :D

I've done a quick informal PPT update. Overall numbers remain (of course) off the charts in a lot of ways in both BBA and UMEBA ... but we still have a few guys who need to look at their TN status. :)

Don't let the accelerated schedule catch you off guard.

One of the things I enjoy reading in the point tracker is against Wichita on the right, the name is shown as Felipe lol. It always reminds me that I took over from Stu in both Louisville and Wichita. He left me a right pile of shite this time lol

This league has always been outstanding in exports, to this is almost--but not quite--a record. Maybe if everyone got super-diligent this last few sims we could make that happen.

Bit OT but I hate the export tracker specially the export history, I've missed 1 export and I actually exported but it was invalid however my export % is 25.7%. The reason because the tracker doesn't take into account Athens is a new team, no biggie but bugs me ;)

I track exports manually based on Matt's notes and the "GM Away" thread. You're credited with 21 of the 22 exports.

Good to see that a lot of folks are active and going above and beyond the minimum participation guidelines.

I did another informal update last night. Still a few guys in BBA and UMEBA who could use some clean-up. :)

Remember, per the current schedule, the Landis will finish this Sunday--which means final count is probably Sunday night.
