Re: What am I missing Here?
Arb numbers have been starting absurdly high lately and coming down during the season.

Sorry for the 'new guy' question, but where are you seeing the arb values on Stats+?

The stats plus page is here: https://statspl.us/brewster/team/578?page=salary
But there's no arb values. That screenshot must be from the game.

Re: What am I missing Here?
Not to be that guy, but why do you care about his arb at all? He's a poor bat who plays bad D at 2B. He's 26, so chances are he's not getting better. I'd let him play out his 500k's and cut bait.
...unless you're making a general 'Arbs are high' statement, which is fair enough in this particular instance.

Re: What am I missing Here?
He's a mediocer bat who would naturally be in AAA to serve as injury insurance...the "problem" is a combination of high rates and the fact that thiese estimates "reserve" that much cash against the ability to make extension offers.Rubaboo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 9:30 pmNot to be that guy, but why do you care about his arb at all? Yep. That’s why I brought it up. That and it’s just weird. And I like weird things.RonCo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 10:16 pmHe's a mediocer bat who would naturally be in AAA to serve as injury insurance...the "problem" is a combination of high rates and the fact that thiese estimates "reserve" that much cash against the ability to make extension offers.Rubaboo wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 9:30 pmNot to be that guy, but why do you care about his arb at all?
