Yes it will, so you would need disk space for it.

Yeah it will be installed on your PC. Steam just goes and finds it for you when you launch it through Steam.

My thoughts exactly Jim, I did buy it on Steam one year, it seemed to update always at the wrong time and I too just couldn’t see any real advantage so since then I’ve always bought direct. Never had a problem with that, I keep a folder in my email for all the confirmation emails in case I need them again

The benefit i was hoping for was that it would be hosted on their server (not my machine) and i could access it remotely (at work, ipad, etc.). Guess not.
