Were they in DFA? With the sim going past the DFA limit the game would have released them once they exceeded their DFA time and no-one removed them

Going to assume so. Just seems stupid to get penalized if you forget to check DFA on one Sim. Guess I need to learn what sins are 7 days, 14 and 24.

Got into a habit, the first thing I check every sim is the ‘roster & transactions’ screen to see if anyone can come off the IL and to ensure that anyone who can come off the DFA is assigned properly. That way once you start looking at the individual team rosters you know you have all the available players on the rosters

There must be something I'm missing but I'm not sure what happened to these three players

All three signed on Monday, December 31st, 2040. The last sim was from 1/1/2041 to 1/25/2041. So I wouldn't ahbe been able to release them if I wanted to. I'm assuming it automatically released them for some reason? Can anybody help me understand why? All 3 are very good players for UMEBA (30/35/40) team, so no way I would have released them.
