I don't think this option is open to us right now. Am I wrong?

To select the rosters? I was able to get to that screen after the previous sim - had a list of all my eligible prospects.

I got there by selecting my FPL team to manage, selecting FPL as my league, and then going to transactions. “Select Roster” is the first choice under transactions.
